Norm Peters is the Director of Vineyard Operations at Trinchero Family Estates, otherwise known as Sutter Home, based in Napa Valley, California . Norm has had a long and very interesting career in wine and comes to us with a plethora of expertise in grape growing and wine making.

Having worked with vines for nearly 20 years, he was able to summarise the processes taking place from vine to wine, about the costing involved in owning a winery or vineyard and just why wineries might need to diversify more. He also shares his opinions about in which directions he sees the wine industry moving toward and all the latest trends.
